We have a selection of mortgages for you to choose from, including Interest only, repayment, variable and fixed. Fixed mortgages can be fixed for the entire term of the mortgage to help you plan your finances.

Mortgage criteria...

The banks generally look for around no more than around 33% of your gross monthly income to be taken up by fixed outgoings (loans/mortgages etc). If your ratio is higher than this, then the banks will reduce the amount that they will lend to you.

The banks favour track record of employment. Self-employed normally need minimum of 1 year accounts. We'll manage the entire process to a speedy conclusion.
